  Dr. Gordon is the best! He is very thorough and truly listens to all of your concerns. He has been the only doctor who has been able to get my migraines and headaches under control.

  Dr. Perumal and his staff are terrific. He takes the time to listen to me and seems to really care about me as a patient. Always in & out with no delays.

  I have seen Dr. Snapp for my sleep apnea, I just went in for my yearly exam and was told I was doing wonderful with my machine usage. Dr. Snapp was very informative about what was going on with my progress and was very interested if I had any questions about my machine or my usage and the machine settings. Chanté was my CMA for this visit. She was very quick to come get me from the lobby and very discreet about coming up to me and identifying me with out saying my name so everyone would know my name. I love this group of doctors and nurses, PA's and CMA'S. I always have a great experience anytime I go to see them. 20 stars if it would go that high.

  Great staff, they don't waste your time. Easy to get questions answered. Good location, plenty of parking.

  As a person who has epilepsy and who’s seizures are strictly controlled by medications, contact with my neurologist is extremely important. I was unable to get anyone to answer the phone. Not the doctor, nurse, PA, or even front desk to make an appointment! I called and left dozens of messages and attempted to get in contact for 3 weeks I never heard back on a time sensitive issue. They wouldn’t even respond to my pharmacy (CVS) when Novant Neurology sent in a prescription for the wrong dosage of medicine! Thank god mt pharmacy caught the error! If I had taken that dosage I would have had a seizure. I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service and their inability to get in contact. If you are someone who has mild to severe epilepsy, Or any other time life threatening condition, I highly suggest you go somewhere else that can be more attentive to your needs. The only reason I didn’t give it a 1 star is because I liked their doctors.
