  Novant health has always been there for me. I would definitely recommend Novant Health. I also get my medicine delivered on time. I love Novant Health. The doctors and nurses are always there. And so friendly

  I went in see Dr. Conway in 2014 off a referral from another patient, and I am so happy to see she is still getting bad reviews, because she definitely deserves them! I went to see her for a 3rd opinion of MS after being misdiagnosed in 2013/2014 of MS. She did no test at all and told me the other doctors had already confirmed it wasn’t MS, so there was nothing further she could do! I went to a different Neurologist later 2014 who did all the test and confirmed I indeed had been misdiagnosed by the 3 doctors before him and I do have relapsing MS. He said they could have put me on something to pause my symptoms but they did absolutely nothing. I’m not sure how she is a Specialist in MS, but someone needs to reevaluate her degree. Look at all these bad reviews and DO NOTE CHOOSE HER AS YOUR DOCTOR ‼️ So many patients can’t be wrong about her. Do not choose Dr. Carrero either he was another one who misdiagnosed me 2013 and did not test! Now they have him speaking at all these MS dinners, absolutely not! He’s with Lake Norman Neurology, do not let him be your doctor either!

  Jennifer Lord, an MS specialist misdiagnosed me. She told me it wasn’t optic neuritis and my spinal fluid indexes were clinically insignificant. I just went to Duke Neurology where I was diagnosed with not only optic neuritis but the beginning stages of MS.

  I came to Dr. Conway with neurological symptoms that were similar to MS. Thankfully, upon MRI results, I was relieved to find out that it was not MS. However, once MS was ruled out, Dr. Conway insisted that my symptoms were all in my head. Thankfully, 1.5 years later, a thorough, good doctor discovered the genetic syndrome causing my symptoms. It turns out, it was all in my genes, not my head. If you do not have confirmed, terrible MS, run far, far away. Otherwise, she will belittle you and berate you over and over.

  I gotta say, it's not a good feeling when you could go into Tysabri withdrawal at any moment, and you call and hear someone pick up the phone and hang up on you, only to refuse to answer the rest of the day. Guess I shouldn't bother trying to call on a Friday...
