  Do not schedule your appointment before 8:30 AM as they will not be in the office and ready for patients before then. Policies in place will not allow fathers to be in the room unless performing a "full ultrasound." However at my SO's FIRST obgyn appointment for pregnancy the Dr did a version of an ultrasound that isn't considered a full one, they still would not let me back with the mother of my child. To some this may seem like not such a big deal, but for me it is. As a medical professional I am aware of the state of our country as we continue to fight covid, but at some point compassion for first time parents needs to take precedence. Novant health is in dire need of review of their policies because excluding a parent (regardless of if they have a medical background or not) is not the way to go about this. Only saving grace they have at this office are the doctors. For that I award you 2 stars

  The front office staff at this location are very very very unprofessional! Not worth dealing with the front office to get to the doctors. The doctors also leave much to be desired. I left with a bunch of unnecessary test just to run up the bill. Doctor don’t take the time to listen and be personable. Seems as if the major priorities to the doctors is how much to squeeze out of your packets.
