  This is the best medical facility I've ever gone to. They not only made me feel welcome and cared for, but this is also the facility that cared for my mother before she passed. I can't say enough good things about this medical center and the people who work there.

  I had a great experience with this ER, it was my first time here, Dr Stephanie and the nurse who worked my room (I forget his name but he’s very kind) were great! They took good care of me, listened to me, and did all the tests they could to find out what was going on. They informed me every step of the way. The front lady’s were very kind as well. Best hospital experience I’ve ever had. Thank you.

  I have been to this facility multiple times for different procedures or problems. The ability of this hospital to get you in and get you seen is much better than any other hospital in the area. I have used their imaging department several times and it always has availability to fit my schedule and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My most recent experience was with the Emergency Department where I came in with abdominal pain and instead of blowing it off as “gas pain” the staff ran tests and determined it was something much bigger and life threatening. Due to the severity of my condition and the fact that it was not yet critical to immediately act, they did transfer me to a larger hospital that had a bigger surgical facility so that I could be treated there. I think that is the only downside to this hospital, it is smaller but they can do all of the necessary procedures however if there is time they will send you to a bigger medical center.

  Doctors and Administrative staffs, ER and the Registered Nurses the Infusion center RN and staff are professional and caring people at the Novant Health MintHill medical center. They Welcome you with a smile from the receptionist desk your doctors office everywhere you go someone has a smile on their faces that relaxes you. The place is super clean and bright. Go there you’ll have a very good experience they will take care of you real good. They are right now taking of me. God Bless!

  They just want older people to die. My mom went in in afib after nearly blacking our. Because her issues did not match their computer algorithm and of her age they did nothing. Her heart is enlarged and beating abnormally but nothing!!
