  Took my father for his initial appointment and saw NP Elizabeth Prevette, shame on me for not doing my research. Be mindful this practice has multiple providers and this review pertains to NP Elizabeth. As a new patient we expected the provider to explain to us how we would proceed and further evaluate my father for the issues at hand. Instead she was dismissive, non-communicative, rude, and not once did she look at my father or make eye contact with either one of us. Intend on seeing another provider with the practice for the future appointments or will find another practice all together.

  Absolutely terrible patient care. After waiting almost a year just for a new patient appointment, the care provided was not competent. After all that time they failed to provide routine diagnostic tests. When asked for a reason they provided none. They provided just routine medication when a more demanding treatment was necessary. The staff is horrible. Their first instinct is to defend the profitability of the doctors. All together, courtesy to the doctors was more important than the well being and life of the patient.

  Took the time to just listen to my mother and my mother loves to talk. That meant the world to her for Jamie to listern and talk back to her.
