  I’m giving rating a 2 for a specific specialist I seen John Allbert on Thursday October 23, 2025 for an ultrasound I felt he was very rude & tried to be intimidating & very rough handling during my appointment as far as wiping the gel off of my belly I wasn't given an extra towel to do it myself to feel comfortable I felt like I wasn’t listened to at all, it was like what he said or nothing else, Leaving that appointment that day I felt like it was no hope left for my baby 😕 the way he spoke to me, I complained about my visit & was told just to go back but ask for a female doctor next time but to have him as my first visit I NEVER wanted to go back

  I went in a few days ago for an ultrasound after getting a positive screening for potential abnormalities for my baby. Was extremely emotional and slightly dramatic!🙄 the entire team handled me very gently and with lots of with care! Baby is fine!!! Thank you guys for being so awesome! ❤️

  Sonogram tech Sarah is amazing. I drove her nuts over showing me gender because I have three boys at home and couldn't believe this time its a girl. Dr. Ausbeck has great bedside manner. She is very gentle and sweet. On another note, Dr. Imseis at one point to help me sit up snatched his hand away so fast I was a little offended. He's blunt and to the point. If you have tough skin your fine. My mom worked in a hospital so I am used to being around doctors of all kinds of personalities. This is my last pregnancy and I have always felt respected and cared for due to my health problems. It was overall a great experience for me.

  Love Novant and their staff. Have used them for my first and current pregnancy and they have never disappointed. 10/10 recommended
