  Dr. Bedu is an excellent PCP. I've only had one negative experience here and it was with a nurse who no longer works there. I like the short wait times as well.

  Trying to get a prior authorization out of this office is like pulling teeth. I have been going back and forth for a little over a month to get a Prior Authorization sent and it’s being sent fax.. the caveman way, and it’s not reaching my insurance company. I asked if they can send it via email or website, of course not. So I will have to go get a physical copy and do it myself. The health care that I pay for and it’s basically one going to self check out.. a whole waste of time and money.

  I love this place. My doctor is always perfect with me but the nurse today is been giving us crazy attitude we ask her wheelchair she did not get us a wheelchair and she’s just giving attitude and faces please if you don’t like your job then don’t work in it. Find a different job if you don’t like what you do the nurse name is Nicky W

  I do not recommend this place. When I arrived, the door was locked even though my appointment was scheduled for 7:30 AM. They didn’t open the door until 7:42 AM, and then told me I’d need to reschedule because I was “late.” If the door had been open on time, I could have checked in as scheduled. The staff seemed indifferent and more focused on collecting money than respecting patients’ time. Also, please remind your receptionist to be polite and welcoming — a smile and respectful attitude go a long way. Definitely not recommended.

  In this office if you want to change doctors, you cannot. They told me that I see the dr I was assigned when Dr. Grass left or I can go elsewhere….. hummm great policy. The front desk needs an overhaul…. When dr grass left everything went south
