  Do not go for a preventative consult. They will bill you as outpatient instead of a preventative consultation. I was charged 600$ for a preventative consultation prior to an overseas travel. They claim their policy and coding is accurate even after multiple complaints. No complaints about the doctors themselves. Response to Novant's social media response: I have reached out and have had no response or acknowledgemen on email sent even after multiple follow ups.

  I saw multiple doctors before coming here! Thanks to the fast service i was seen right away! they are extremely polite and patient. For any similar needs I will be back and will be recommending to others!
