For the second time they cancelled my appointment without communicating with me and the excuse is that they call me on my cell phone but my voice mail box was full. I cancelled important appointments, travelled 2 hours ona rush for this. Front desk attend was not helpful and not apologetic, supervisors were nowhere to be found!
