  I subscribe to a concierge medical service with Novant Health Hallmark. Recently I had severe sinus congestion that required me to call the service on a Saturday morning. After giving a few pieces of information to the answering representative I was told to expect a call from the physician on call. Within minutes Dr. Roseanna Silva called me and did a phenomenal job of helping me deal with this sinus condition. She reviewed my medical records in detail and listened very carefully to my symptoms before developing an action plan. I have never had a physician spend so much time with me with such attention to detail. She is outstanding! If I could give this review 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. Thanks Dr. Silva.

  The care and competence of the Hallmark staff are remarkable. Being a patient here has been a linchpin of my life for several years. Forever grateful.
