  Justice is the best phlebotomy tech I have ever had. I faint every time I get blood drawn and it’s always a horrible experience but it wasn’t this time!

  First available appointment within two days of referral. Attached parking garage with more than ample parking, with parking easily validated. Wella portion handicap parking spots next to the elevators and entrance. Easy signage to follow. The waiting room / lobby. But most importantly, no lines, no waiting, no tacky kiosks. The front desk staff, and every staff member introduced themselves, said thank you for coming. He's part of the process was exceptionally efficient. The exam rooms were clean and well stocked. The communication between the staff and physician we're on point. Dr Burgess listened intently, was not rushed in my responses, her exam was appropriate and her plan was well thought out and appreciated. 10/10 visit. This office could be a training/onboarding site for new staff. It is remarkably well run and everyone really does seem to care.

  I always feel welcome. They have always followed my problems to the end. They were their for me with husband(Artis) to the end in may. They were their just like family and kids. Thank again First Charlotte Physicians Elizabeth.
