  Dr.Jaju and her staff make you feel comfortable. They treat you like family. They're very knowledgeable and kind, that's a rare quality these days. I highly recommend Novant Health Endocrinology and Dr.Jaju.

  I waited eight minutes on hold only to be rudely dismissed by the person who answered the phone. If you are going to be answering calls and fielding information from patients, customer service skills are necessary to create a positive experience. This is the first impression and it wasn’t it a good one. I’ll be seeking care elsewhere.

  Dr. Narasimhan is a fantastic doctor - he is very personable and I appreciate his personalized approach to my specific issues. I feel very confident in his care.

  Outstanding care from Nurse Practitioner Tamara Marshall. I would highly recommend her for diabetes care to anyone. Very professional and competent.

  The doctor is great, very caring, helpful, and informative. The nurse practitioner here is not good though. She said she would not need to see me for 6 months and would not check my TSH levels ( even though I had just had a baby and my body was changing drastically) she said to keep taking the high dose of meds and that there was no need to monitor my levels because "don't worry, if they get too high you will know, you will feel terrible, really shaky, weak and sick" I'm sorry, but I much rather monitor and adjust before feeling horrible. I'm going to request that I only see the doctor from now on.
