  Every single doctor, nurse, and receptionist in this practice is an actual angel on earth. The care we have received here has been a 10/10 and I am so so thankful for each and every one of the staff members here. Highly recommend!

  Do not go here. I had my baby in an unfortunate circumstance. I delivered my own baby in the store . I got discharged. And was told I needed to find a Dr for baby . Cool I did. They scheduled me for the next day . I called around 12 to reschedule my appointment. This was the only day I really even got rest . I told them to reschedule me for next day they never had anything available. They told Me reach back out when I’m in the area . We said ok. 2 mins later I got a called and was told to go to the dr office that I bring my previous kids to since I can’t meet there requirements . I was going back and forth about how is it my fault they didn’t have an appointment. They told me they don’t schedule appointments after 11 . So I said okay the refusal of service is due to you guys not having appointments not me being available. She then starts to say someone’s calling her to give her a minute . Then got back on the phone and said her advisor states in there police I cancelled my appointment 3 hours too close to appointment time . Which made no sense it was a reschedule not a cancellation. No consideration I had a baby 10+ h hours away. Getting discharged later that night and making it tomorrow.. Place is garbage & receptionist is even worst .

  My family was racially profiled here by one of their doctors who had never seen my son and automatically assumed we were abusing our 3 month old versus taking the time to get to the actual reason for my son's "injury" which was a tongue tie that went undiscovered by his doctor which I had expressed concerns about his eating and I was blown off as a woman of color stand up for your kids here!!! If you don't they will not take you seriously EDIT TO ADD SHEET 5 YEARS NOVANT DISREGARDED ALL OF MY CONCERNS AND HAVE CLOSED MY CASE MY SON STILL HAS MARKS ON HIS SKIN FROM BEING TAPPED TO A TABLE DAVID MILBOURN THIS ISN'T OVER YET
