  My mother had a very negative experience with Dr. Sushil Mittal at this location. He was rude, dismissive, culturally insensitive and behaved unbecoming of that of a doctor. We don’t behave this way here. He is a poor representation of Novant health and even worse example of how a doctor should behave. Apparently she is not the first as I pulled other public reviews directly from Novant where patients shared my mothers negative experiences. This man needs to be retrained and it’s sad at his old age to have to teach someone how to speak and be cordial and have professional bedside manner. Novant I expect you all to do better and hold him accountable! DO NOT GO TO DR. SUSHIL MITTAL !!!!!!!!!!!!

  Dr. Jeff was amazing, made me feel very comfortable and the nurse who checked me was amazing too.

  Dr. Hutchinson is amazing! My son has been seeing him for over 8 years now. Hands down, one of the best Dr's in the business. The office is always very friendly and with no long wait times. I've had such a great experience with them for my son, I've now moved my care here. Thank you Crown Point Family Physicians! 🥰

  Dr. McMillan and his staff are very professional and doesn’t over diagnose anyone, and Dr. McMillan finds the easiest and cheapest way to heal you and your family. Dr. McMillan also is my Grandmother’s Dr. as well as my Mother’s Dr. and he truly cares about everyone.

  Caring, thorough, wait time was very reasonable, I didn’t feel rushed at all. I got an appt. very quickly.
