  Cord and his team are truly the best when it comes to PT. Adrian and Lori, in OT, were also phenomenal. the Nursing staff from Malia, Lisa, and every Nurse who assisted me are the true meaning of Amazing Care in Nursing. Every CNA or PERSONAL CARE INDIVIDUAL like Shadonna, Norma, and their entire group delivered remarkable care consistently. Kirsten and Alexis, from FOOD SERVICES, are also at the top of my list for THEIR WORK, CARING DEMEANOR, AND WILLINGNESS TO MAKE SURE EVERY MEAL WAS PERFECT. Thank you ladies for all that you did for me during my stay there.🩵❤️🩵 I saw Dr. Homesley fourteen years ago for a Total Knee Replacement on my RIGHT KNEE. Because of the success of THAT surgery, I knew where to find the Best in the Knee Replacement business. Once again, I made the right choice for my LEFT KNEE Robotic Knee Replacement Surgery. Thank you once again Dr. Homesley for your amazing skills, true compassion, and persistent desire to deliver such quality work. I truly appreciate you and I respect your gift and your talent.🩵 DR.   My husband just had to have a revision TKR and had to stay 3 nights. The staff day & night shift were absolutely awesome! They were all very nice and attentive. They always went above and beyond to make sure my husband and myself had what we needed. Even the ladies that brought his food were fantastic! We have never had a better hospital stay than this one. I want to let the ones that I can remember their names, how much we appreciated everything, we couldn’t have made it through without them! Patricia H RN, Candida B RN, Malia H RN, Latasha RN, Michael Blocker MD, Michael walker PT, Amanda D RN. Thank you all for your care. We appreciate you more than you know! You all are amazing!

  This was not my first overnight experience in a hospital. My past overnight hospitalization experiences were completely positive. On this occasion my surgery was on a Friday morning. The results of my surgery have been positive so far. This Hospitals (nursing) weekend staff was unprofessional, loud, forgetful, not attentive and in my opinion disrespectful during my stay. I can't in good conscience recommend this location (NOVANT Health / Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital on Randolph Rd. Charlotte NC) to anyone.

  Night staff were terrible there was one nurse staff Wendy that slung a trash basket toward me because I must have bothered her time with other patients. These night staff seriously need better training skills, and taught how to treat patients. It was a terrible experience.
