  Not a good experience here at all! Saw PA Lamiaa Tobla as that was the first available appt. Initially the first appt with her went well she seemed very willing to help and said if I had any questions she was “only a message away.” She ordered my genetic testing but since getting that back it’s been a nightmare. The doctor had the nurse call me to discuss my results (not sure why the doctor isn’t the one calling me about results!) with me in which the nurse tells me I don’t have it even though my genetic test is positive and I’m having awful symptoms and my primary care doctor referred me here. Then the nurse tells me she isn’t going to do the video call with me and wants me to see an MD. I get a call days later from the scheduler who then tells me they want to do a follow up with me in 2 months!!! I said this is not at all what she told me I need treatment now and I’m not waiting 2 months so see someone! I am looking elsewhere for treatment as this was a total waste of my time and $750 that I spent just to get a positive genetic test and no treatment!! Oh and they don’t get back to you for days on end and you have to be the one to keep calling and messaging them to get anywhere. Beyond disappointed in the care I have received here!
