  I am beyond upset. I scheduled an appointment for my 2 week old newborn with Novant family practice in blakeney. They never said anything about Vaccines when I was scheduling instead waited until the morning of the appointment to call me to ask if I was planning on giving him the Vaccines. When I said no not today they canceled the appointment. I feel like this is abandonment of patient because they left my newborn stranded and cant be seen on time for his 2 week check up. Why did they wait until the morning of the appointment to call.

  I think they do a good job. They have doctors available at various times which gives you some flexibility. They are polite and efficient from check in to check out. I just feel like I’m in good hands when I go. That matters a lot to me. I’ve been on the other side and it’s infuriating and scary.

  Dr Parker has gone beyond what I believe most doctors would do in taking care of me. I have the utmost confidence in him as well as his staff and I highly recommend him!
