  New patient appointment scheduled two weeks in advance for 9:45 AM. I arrived on time as instructed and was informed on arrival that the physician had called out. No cancellation notice was ever sent. The office manager stated I was expected to arrive 30 minutes early, which was never communicated, and admitted the office chose not to notify me because they assumed I was not coming. I also received a documented message at 9:30 AM confirming my 9:45 appointment. This is not a misunderstanding. This is a failure of basic office operations. Canceling an appointment without notifying the patient and then placing blame on the patient is unacceptable and unprofessional. This demonstrates a serious lack of accountability and respect for patients’ time. I would not trust this office with my care

  Awful awful experience. The receptionist Aisa is awful, rude and wasted my family members time. Do not be rude to patients in pain! 0/0 stars. Let it be known AISA is AWFUL

  They told me to come in for a walk in by a specific time, so I made sure to be there fifteen minutes early. Then they have me wait forty minutes before they finally tell me they’re unable to see me. Very disorganized place.

  Really helpful and kind staff and doctors.
