  Ashley at the front desk needs to take a course on customer service and speaking to intelligent people. She not only was disrespectful, but she hung up the phone and deleted my referral from my MyChart entry so I couldn’t track her down. Well Ashley, I will speak to your direct report and let them know how you treat people when you try to schedule an appointment.

  I’ve been trying to call, and have been on hold waiting for someone to answer for 30 minutes. Very tough to reach. I even left a voicemail, and no one called me back, which I why I tried again. Also, when I’ve gone in before for PT, my knees are tilted to the lateral side of my body, and the physical therapist I worked with did nothing to strengthen the inside of my legs (adductors) to pull my knees back in the socket. I got off a medicine, and it helped a little with my knee pain, but it wasn’t the only reason for the pain like the physical therapist seemed to think. I still have trouble after months of strengthening walking down the stairs. Thankfully, walking up the stairs isn’t as much of a struggle for me, but I wish she gave me exercises to do that would’ve helped me more. However, I did like working with another physical therapist there who was way more helpful and very personable. Everyone clicks with someone different, but I really wish that my knees were better after months of working on it. Thankfully, I also have a personal trainer who has a background in rehab. I’ll go with the physical therapist that I liked better at this location.

  All the services at The South Park. Location are always 5 star, especially physical Therapy (second floor). The location is always clean, COVID protected and easily accessible. Thank you for all efforts

  My wife is getting treatment for shoulder muscle spasm. We are working with Mark who is doing a wonderful job to resolve the problem. He is knowledgeable, listens, gentle and thorough. I would highly recommend him. Additionally, the regular front receptionist, Ada is patient, polite, thorough and accommodating. I respect, and am grateful for the treatment and administration of this office.

  Very rude staff, incompetent. They failed to schedule appointment for 2 months. I showed up with my daughter, who helps me to understand ( English is my second language) and they did not allow her to come in. She was allowed to be with me with at numerous doctors’ appointments, including staying at the hospital. This is just ridiculous!
