  I’ve had good experiences with all the pharmacists and techs here. Go out of their way to make sure I have my medication on time and are just a pleasure to do business with.

  This pharmacy used to be excellent, but clearly, the new staff there is not helpful. I dropped off a prescription today and asked if I could get it right away. A young lady with long hair said it would take 20-25 minutes. I had to get back to work, so I asked if it could be finished in 10 minutes. She said no. I left, then 6 minutes later (I know it was 6 because the GPS was on), I saw an incoming text asking me to pick up the medicine. That's unfair. It was a kit; she could have just given it to me instead of making me drive back tomorrow. This lady has no mercy for the customers, and clearly, she doesn't care for others. She is in the wrong business. #BadService #UnhelpfulStaff

  The female pharmacist was very helpful, and patient! So I switched my medications. When I went to pick them up the 2nd time, the male pharmacist with a Greek last name was of no help, wanted to charge me hundreds of $s that has cost me $10 for the last 8 years. It seemed as though helping me was an inconvenience. After 3 days without my blood thinner Zarelto, had my doctor call my refills back to CVS. Originally, 8 yrs ago, CVS set me up in the Zarelto savings plan by calling on their personal cell phone and entering in my information, all while I was at their drive thru window. I'll stick with a pharmacy that will help me!

  The regular staff at this branch are great pharmacist and even BETTER PEOPLE! Absolutely a pleasure to do business with. They listen, they answer questions, they make sure one knows the medication (doctors make mistakes sometimes) I just can't say enough good things about them. I have been a customer for close to fives years there, should any of them transfer, etc I would truly be saddened! They go out of their way to be helpful and I know this makes their job harder because they have X amount of time to get prescriptions filled. Did I mention I like the staff? Please don't take this lightly because I hardly like anyone, more so when business is concerned, work ethics today are POOR! But not at this Harris Teeters Arboretum Pharmacy.
