  Dr. Jones has taken care of my eyes since 2018. I am more than happy to drive from Locust to see her. I have never felt rushed during my exam. She is always very thorough and takes her time to explain what is going on with my vision. In the many times I have had my eyes examined over the years, I have never felt as comfortable and satisfied as I am with Dr. Jones.

  This was my first appointment with this establishment and I absolutely loved the service I was provided. Any questions or concerns I had was answered. All the staff was very kind and approachable. I highly recommend going to F.Y Eye Care Associates if you have any concerns with your eyes!

  There is not enough room to explain how amazing F.Y. Eyecare is. Experience as a new patient from start to finish is top notch. Their availability was limited when I initially tried scheduling an appointment and now I see it’s because everyone loves their work. Even with the tight availability, they texted me spots they had open up that might work for my schedule and were able to squeeze me in the next week! Customer service seemed like second nature to the staff, as they were very warm and welcoming. The doctor fully explained her process and what she was doing every step of the way to make sure I was fully comfortable and educated on my health. They were respectful of my time as well as other patients and the pricing was very reasonable for the services provided. Will be back!

  Dr. Karen Jones and her staff are always welcoming. My family and I appreciate the care we receive. The office visit is relaxed and thoughtful yet they value your time and ensure they stay on time for each appointment. Dr. Jones is a solo optometrist practice who builds a relationship with her clients through personalized care. Her office has a great selection of glasses available.
