Shout out to Daheia! Her knowledge of the body/fitness, guidance through movements, authenticity, and great music creates amazing motivation and keeps me returning to my least favorite class time! :) I love how she creates a safe space for everyone. Honorable mention to the "double chaturangas" in her Sculpt Yoga class - challenging workout incorporating weights and yoga. THANK YOU Daheia! The Highland Creek YogaSix is a cut above the rest in terms of hot yoga and culture. Amazing people, staff and members. Highly recommend Sandy's Power Yoga as well: butt kicking, hot yoga, and great music.

If I could 0 star the director of the store I would, I paid for three introduction classes and on my last class the manager canceled it without any phone call or any explanation. I had to call and verify why my class got canceled, when finally got an answer he stated that my week has expired (which doesn’t make sense if the website let me book out for that day) when I arrived to the store we talked about the situation and he become very rude, being loud and asking me to count (like I don’t know how to count) and then walked away from the situation. Everything about this was very disappointing and not professional. I currently have a core power membership and will be keeping it bc this specific yoga studio is HORRIBLE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !! save your money and time. 2026 we do yoga at stress free places not places where you have to argue with the manager to get a yoga session you paid for!!!

DO NOT purchase anything for this studio through Active&Fit Direct! This is a program through health insurance providers that allows policyholders to enjoy discounts at select establishments. Though YogaSix Highland Creek shows up as an eligible studio for this program, IT IS NOT. I purchased a $130 two-month package to YogaSix directly through Active&Fit, and was so excited to try YogaSix. I was on my way to class this morning when the owner called to inform me he would not honor this program. Instead of offering any type of specific solution to keep me as a customer, he went on a tangent about how terrible the program is for him as a business owner. Eyeroll. This might be true for him, but is immaterial to me as a potential loyal new member. Instead, I hung up the phone and turned my car around. DO NOT GO HERE. The owner has horrible customer service skills.
