I unfortunately cannot review just the online portion of Warby Parker because the app version will not download to my phone. This review is solely for the Warby Parker website and not for the Waverly location. I signed up for an account on the Warby Parker website and had the website calculate my PD. Selected my glasses and went to review my prescription and PD before checking out to ensure accuracy. But every time I tried to review my prescription, it either would not load or would be blurred out. Needless to say, I did not order the glasses as I could not have a "trust me bro" moment with WP. I was annoyed, but decided to chuck it up as a loss and order from another website. I then tried to delete my WP account on several occasions and I continue to receive emails that my request couldn't be processed as they were not able to verify my email address and name. But when I go to the WP website, I am logged in and my email address and name are correct in my account. 10/10 wouldn't recommend. The entire process was unnecessarily difficult.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life!!! I scheduled my son for an exam at 5h25 we arrived 10 minutes late and they said they couldn’t take us which was understandable since it was our fault. So we decided to reschedule for another day. So we booked for the following day at 5h15 pm and to be sure to arrive on time we showed up at 5 pm they told us that they couldn’t do the exam for contacts because it wasn’t booked as first timer and asked us if we wanted to reschedule again I have decided to go with exam for glasses and do the rest another day we waited until 5h45 and then they brought us inside ,so we thought finally we are doing this!!halfway they told us there is a technical issue and that they couldn’t finish up and asked us again if we wanted to reschedule.I think they just opened up and they are still trying to figure it out but it was very inconvenient

I went to Warby Parker at Waverly Place because they offer good frames at a fair price, instead of going to LensCrafters or other vendors. They even list Community Eye Care insurance online and have it posted in the store. Because of that, I scheduled appointments online for both my wife and myself for convenience.
We drove 40 minutes and arrived on time. However, when we got there, the tech told us they couldn’t service us because the doctor is new and doesn’t yet have the credentials to accept Community Eye Care insurance. This was really frustrating and very disappointing, especially since the website and in-store signage both said they accepted it.
I hope they update their system or clearly communicate this ahead of time so customers don’t waste their time.
