Pricing, prescriptions and procedures were all absolutely clearly covered and explained. She was wonderful at helping me determine the best option for my particular contact lens situation. I recognize that she spent more time with me than with a normal customer, and I really appreciated that she did. Switching a contact lens provider can be like switching personal hygiene brands like toothpaste, etc. Susan makes it easy for me to consider switching to Warby Parker!!!
