I would say the most concerning thing was the assistant manager of this location Elianna handing me her iPad giving me access to the company's client database. Names, Phone Numbers, Emails, and Addresses all at my fingertips. She tried to reassure me my information was safe by claiming that this was her iPad and that they typically do not hand that to customers. They were just busy today. I responded, "So you don't care about customer data?" But even if their normal practice is to complete the form for the customer, then why is there a check box for the customer to accept the the privacy statement as well as the terms and conditions? In todays time with all of the cyber criminals, this company would be a (to use Elianna's words) a jackpot! Not the way she was intending, but for cybercriminals. Needless to say, they only got my name. PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING. YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS NOT SAFE WITH THIS COMPANY. I walked in off the street and they handed me the keys to the kingdom. I suspect this would be a bad actor's dream. The icing on the cake was Elianna saying "Whatever" to me in front of the manager and the manager not having a care in the world. They both knew she was wrong and she even called herself out. But she turned around and did it again. They claim they are there to help you. I am not convinced. More time was spent telling me what I was feeling like she was trying to convince me that I needed this product instead of letting the product sell itself and listening to what I was actually feeling. Any time that I did not agree that this product was not the best thing since sliced bread, I was told that I was wrong and that I would see. After repeating themselves for hours, I guess when they thought they had convinced me that it would be a grave mistake to live without the inserts they barely even show you or discuss the cost of said inserts. When I passed up their 4-hour sales pitch, they said, "What, you can't afford this?" I responded, "no, I can afford this, I'm just not paying that price for what you're selling." I can go put a piece of rebar in my shoe and have the same feeling that I had with these inserts. Even after wasting half of my day, I am not convinced these arch supports have the value at which they are being sold. Especially when they appear to have been used.
