  I went into Target at Blakeney for some complex help with my designer glasses that needed adjustments. I was met by Anthony and let me tell you he was absolutely amazing and his customer service is truly impeccable. I just would like to give him a huge shout out and what a massive asset to your company.

  By Teresa W. If I could rank a negative versus a one then I would do it. I went to this location being I was recommended by my eye doctor but the experience I had the first weeks of service was horrible. I went there and Kaitlyn took my order. I decided to shop around to see if I could get a better deal. I decided to stick with Target optical and I called to speak with Katlyn but her coworker AR picked up because she was not there. I asked him to leave a message for Kaitlyn to call me back but he said she normally does not call back and he doubts that she will. I insisted that he give her the message anyway and he said he would. I waited two weeks for her to call me and left a few more messages. After I didn’t hear back I decided to go back to the store and Kaitlyn was not there. I spoke with Tara. She had her coworker Rene give Kaitlyn and call while I was there. Kaitlyn said she was going in a meeting in five minutes. It was 11:36am. Kaitlyn told me she will call me back tomorrow. ‘I was wondering why not call me back that day being it was still early and being I left her several messages.’ Tara and Rene apologized to me and Rene took my order and said she will give to Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn never called me back the next day. I waited a full week and decided to go back to Target Optical and she was not there. I asked for a GMs email so I can send a formal complaint. Overall Kaitlyn was horrible. She ignored all of my messages and not once did she contact me to apologize. Her actions made me realize she does not care about my business. If her coworker mentioned she does not call back customers then I know I am not the only one that has had a negative experience with her. Teresa W.
