StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Blakeney offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- TLTerri LongFeb 20, 20265.0I can't recommend Stretch Lab in Blakeney enough! Since I started last month, I’ve been impressed by the friendly, professional staff and excellent facility. As an active person doing Boot Camp and running, I’ve always stretched, but the assisted stretches here are unmatched. I loved it so much that I bought a family membership and now my husband and daughter are enjoying it too. Special thanks to Sam for his exceptional support, Nicole for her stellar management and Jimmi for making my daughter feel comfortable during her first visit. It’s become a vital part of our weekly routine! Highly recommend!

All of the staff were very polite and welcoming. Although this was a "work environment" it felt more like hanging with friends while they did there job. Jordan did a great job of helping me to understand where I needed the most work (stretch wise) to help with my lower back pain. The gentleman who checked me in did a great job of understanding my needs as well (don't remember his name thought, sorry) before sending me back for my stretch. I highly recommend them for all of your stretch needs!!
