- MMmereNov 5, 20251.0I work in healthcare management trying to help a patient with their wheelchair, and I was on hold for over 20 minutes — not one person answered. This is unacceptable, especially when patients depend on their mobility equipment for daily life. It shouldn’t be this hard to reach someone for help. The lack of communication and urgency from National Seating & Mobility is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Robert Flanagan has been our contact there and has always been willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our experience is great. Robert cares about everyone that he deals with and you can tell that he is truly interested in helping people get through some difficult times! The office and support staff, as well , do everything they can to deal with the not so friendly insurance companies and they try to cut through as much of their red tape as possible. I highly recommend this company if you are considering an electric powerchair. Thank you Robert for your exemplary service and caring attitude! Ray and Jane
- MHMichaela HavenOct 9, 20251.0This company has endagnered my family member for over 6 months by not filling an order for a new lift remote. I litteraly picked my cousin off the floor this morning after her lift failed. We've been sent the incorrect item twice. We call weekly they ignore us. I got a tracking number from Steve at the CLT branch....it shows that the correct part was delivered to their warehouse over a month ago and apparently is just sitting there. They screen our calls. They send us to voice mail. They give us excuse after excuse. I'm planning on contacting a lawyer. This is putting patients at risk.

Why ask someone to contact you then not respond? Guess you just wanted to look like you are handling the situation on social media. Don't be fooled people. Update from a week ago. Still no response from the manager Rhi after I sent her an email regarding the issues. Also no response from the people below who asked me to email them to follow up. Don't walk away from this company...RUN! If you want your emails or calls to be ignored this is the company for you. I have never in my life received such poor customer service. I was told 9/15 someone would contact me in a couple days. I sent an email 6 days ago trying to follow up onky to have it ignored. I highly recommend using another company. I have been going back and forth with them since February and still do not have the stuff ordered.
