- ASAngela SingsOct 13, 20251.0I have severe hearing loss I purchased the aids which they said were the best for 10,000 dollars through a finance company ,that I am still paying had to take the hearing aids back twice the second time they sent the off to be repaired this is the third time I have been without my right hearing aid for two weeks I do believe that they sold me refurbish hearing aids that commercial that’s on television is false advertising please I advise you to seek someone else this is just a little there’s a lot more that I can say about this company

I came here recently to have my hearing checked and unfortunately I found out I had significant hearing loss which I figured much. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the doctors and Regional manager made the experience so much smoother by Walk me through the treatment plan. Unfortunately, due to certain circumstances I was extremely stressed about The financing aspect of getting hearing aids. Which was not prepared for this year Since I’m just getting back on my feet. They really fought to find Finance me at a decent amount that wouldn’t stress me out. They also discounted me such a high amount because they knew the importance of needing these Device To get my quality of hearing back. I’ve never been to a doctors office where they were genuinely so caring And willing to go beyond for this patients like they did for me. It literally brought tears to my eyes and still to think about The amount of effort they went into helping me. This is truly the best office and I highly recommend them. I am forever grateful for everyone that works there. Thank you to everyone at this office and to anyone that is interested in visit Please go see them. They treat their clients like family.
