  Thank you to staff at Main Street family care for helping me with my DOT physical! Christina and Taylor were very helpful and calming which made for an easy visit! Highly recommend them for their help!

  When I arrived it said on the screen that there was no one waiting before me and only one person in the exam room. I arrived at 937 for my check in time of 939. Wasn’t called back into the room until 1046 after finally getting in contact with someone on the kiosk That’s over an hour…… waiting in the waiting room……….if/when you’re not feeling well, that’s not an ideal time to be just waiting to be seen…….. when I finally made it to the back the only thing they could say is “we’re having technical difficulties it’s only two of us here” . Finally get in the room and get swabbed just for her to say “the provider is on the phone dealing with a technical issue so it may be a while before you’re seen” excuse me ?!?!? You’d think the priority is the patients with the health concerns….. you could at least inform the patients waiting for OVER AN HOUR in the waiting room what was going on!!!! On top of this, the waiting area was filthy. It looks like the kids area/toys have not been cleaned in days. Nasty hand prints everywhere ! 0/10 do not recommend ! Wish I did not come here and I will absolutely not be returning
