I called this place to check on my husband glasses. Was on hold for 15 minutes. When the person answered the phone. They never stated their name. I told them why I was calling. They were very non-descriptive about when my husband’s glasses would be in. I asked them for a date they just said at the beginning of the week. Never said we will call when they arrive. No reason given as to why it had taken over two weeks. Very poor customer service.

Tatiana at LensCrafters was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me return the glasses I was originally given and made sure I left with the correct frames I actually needed. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting everything right. The whole process was smooth and stress-free because of her. Excellent customer service—I really appreciate her extra effort and would highly recommend asking for her anytime you visit this location!

We were greeted the moment we walked in by Mark and their customer service was impeccable. We already had our prescriptions so we didn't need eye exams. Mark took his time going through the different AI glasses options and explaining features. The only knock we had during our visit (very, very minor) was that they didn't have all the color options in store. Nonetheless, we ordered our AI glasses after a great experience.

I visited this business in North Lake Mall on yesterday and was there for about two hours (at times it was slow but I still had to ask for help). During my time there, I was consistently overlooked as staff attended to other customers around me without providing any help or feedback regarding my glasses. I feel like this was intentional because I asked about a coupon that was sent to me which they declined to honor, which added to my frustration. I was passed to every staff member on the sales floor (which has never happened) but was never offered a seat or proper assistance. They shifted me around & asked for my insurance multiple times even though when I first walked in I was told it would take 5 minutes to search my insurance but everything would be put into the iPad. At the end of my transaction, I paid with cash, and the lady left it on top of the register while she hit the button for credit and walked away leaving me at the register. I watched as they just moved people through without explaining or supporting them with their purchase just setting them up with what they want them to pay & moving them out of the store. They just want your money & customer service is not apart of the service. Unfortunately, I felt mistreated as a customer and left disappointed. Given this experience, I do not plan to ever return.

The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. I visited the store to replace a pair of broken glasses. Upon entering, the staff member I interacted with was curt and unwelcoming. After selecting a frame, I asked about insurance-covered options, such as blue light filtering and anti-glare lenses. The representative stated that she did not know, which was concerning given that these options are typically explained during the purchasing process.
She then proceeded to provide the total without offering any additional information. At that point, I chose to complete the transaction and leave. However, due to the overall lack of professionalism and customer care, I felt uncomfortable with the experience and returned shortly thereafter to cancel my order.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
