    Don't know her name but they have an absolutey hateful person working the drive through. I ignored her but left feeling like I should have said something to her. Two hours later I was on the phone with my elderly neighbor and he just happened to be at this Harris Teeter pharmacy drive through. The way she was talking to this gentleman was outrageous. Totally unacceptable to speak to a 74 year old person with that level of disdain.

    Five-stars for this Pharmacy's excellent customer service. All the staff is nice, however, Angelina has a smile everytime. She is very patient and kind. She deserves a shout out! đź‘Ź

    Would leave negative stars if I could! Constantly out of meds and give a projected fill date of the next day but then that gets pushed out or, like today, they finally told me they cant get it at all! Its 2025 - it doesnt take multiple days to find out if a medication is available for them to fill or not! Dont hold your breath at this place - your meds aren't coming! Save your time and frustration and go somewhere else!

    My friend had a very irritating experience with this location’s pharmacy. She is a postoperative patient whose physician prescribed a medication that can also be bought OTC. The pharmacy didn’t fill it until after she had to call two times, with each individual that she spoke with arguing with her that she should come in and buy it off of the shelf. They did finally fill the prescription six days later.
