- JSJake StatefarmSep 9, 20231.0Placed back into Pharmacy queue in phone call line 10+ times at different time segments, they would not pick up the phone and just placed me back to redial again and again, contacted harris teeter, told me their hours and auto hung up, contacted the harris teeter pharmacy next door to reach to them but she would not allow me to communicate with them and only provided as a intermediator but would not connect me to the store that has been calling me, she sounded aware of the miscommunication going on on their end and wouldnt connecte me even after personal information providing linking up that i have medicine with them, 0/5

- GTGail TorresDec 27, 20211.0This has got to be the worst pharmacy in the area! I switched from another Harris Teeter because this one was on the way home for me and have had nothing but headaches. Over charging, rxs not ready when refills called in, waiting on medicine because they "will order it Friday" even though the refill was requested a week prior, saying "we will fill it now, it will be ready in an hour" and 2 days later finally getting it. I do not like leaving negative reviews but I did try to call corporate and spoke with someone who didnt speak english very well that then put me on hold for 15 minutes before transferring me to the Stonecrest Store.
