Then they tell you to go over to the register and they will be there in a minute, 10 minutes later they get up out of there chair walk 5 feet and ask what u need. Dumbest employees ever.

The pharmacy tech remembered me well enough to locate me in the store when my order was ready. That was impressive. I'm sure he sees many faces a day.
- ESEmery SmithJan 6, 20231.0Shelly didn't want to help me transfer my prescription because I could get it over the counter. My doctor prescribed it to me and I was listening to my doctor. After I said that, she repeated that it is over the counter. When I called back to make the complaint she said she was telling me to help me. Again, for whatever reason my doctor wanted me to have the prescription. She is rude, short and snaps at you. I love my Harris Teeter pharmacy, but will not be back to this one as long as the first point of contact is going to bark at me and argue with me about my prescription. Put on hold to make a complaint and was disconnected.
