I had to have my vet call in the prescription and then 4 hours later it still wasn’t filled or even in the system because “they hadn’t checked their voicemail all day”. Finally the prescription is filled the next day and they refused to reply my goodrx code because it was “from a dog doctor not a people doctor” even though I got the code through my vet and have used good rx for both my pets there and elsewhere. Absolutely rude and unhelpful.

I dropped off my prescription and was told there'd be a 15 minute wait. I ran errands and came back hours later...only to be told there would be a 15 minute wait AGAIN. You never know how much pain a customer is in so please, have prescriptions ready at the promised time.
