Service in the food and beverage and this happened to be the poorest customer service in the entire Charlotte area . Food is never fresh . Starting with the manager bold African American who is a very rude human being walked away from me while I was talking to him , mean while his sitting on his phone looking at it and acting like he did not have anyone in front of him . I’ve asked for help to look for several items and they never seem to know where anything is at . Hands down harris teeter in highland creek and university are the best ones . Stores always seem to be very clean , fresh food and a very friendly and kind customer service . Hopes this helps!
