I ordered from them 2x my girls Christmas party and my sons 7th birthday for the Christmas party, I picked out some cupcakes no that they already had on display when I picked up my cupcakes. They were literally flower Design that’s not what I ordered for Christmas and again it was on their display. The manager took my order for my son‘s birthday, and surely that everything will be done for rest since I had an issue when I came to pick up my son‘s cupcake for his birthday they were not even playing. The order was never placed. That was just the last straw unorganized
