  This is the first time I went there and had an “issue”. I went because I missed a call to pick up my meds and never realized it was them calling. I walked to the counter and very middle aged blonde woman ignored me and then very dryly asked for my info. I gave it to her and she said “we had to return that” I said “ok” and started to leave but she decided she wasn’t done talking or accusing me of wanting to get pain meds and says “well it’s been over 2 weeks so if you were REALLY in pain you would’ve came to get them. I just stared at her while she continued to talk herself into a hole and then realized it and made excuses like and that’s what the ER would say and it’s not likely the provider is even there. I just stared smiled and said ok. But please someone coach her! Smh very disappointing and disrespectful
