  Use to love this place. Now I get really rude responses when I come in, I have to continually call to see why prescriptions aren't filled and where they are. This truly has simply imploded - and the lines are always very long. Hate to change - maybe letting someone know how bad things have gotten will help with a change.

  The pharmacist and all of the staff are so friendly and helpful it feels like a small town drug store. I used to go to two other pharmacies and if you are waiting in lines forever to have someone to belittle you then switch now. Seriously it could not be better at Harris teeters pharmacy. Also if you have to wait for a refill or are dropping one off you can just pick up a few grocery items. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

  I’m not sure when they changed their hours on Saturday but maybe it’s just me. I really thought the pharmacy was open until 8 on Saturdays?

  This team provides a heartwarming level of service... It's been an especially challenging few years with dozens of prescription changes and their attentive/caring/meticulous approach has been critical. They always remember my name and situation; they are genuine and compassionate. A desperately needed bright spot during a very dark era. Can't thank you enough for all of your support through this journey. <3
