  I felt as though I was pressured to purchase certain items and even when I asked about different and more affordable options, I was brushed off. I understand that you have to make your sales but I definitely will not be back and would rather go somewhere else where I can feel heard and have my needs met. Even after purchasing an item, I was told that I was going to be a PRO member today, without even asking for approval. I asked what are the requirements to become a pro member and he mentioned that there was no requirement and that I would be getting a box of samples worth $100. As I was checking-out, my total was absurd and I questioned why and he mentioned that it was the PRO membership. I told him I was not interested and he tried to convince me again. I mentioned I do not want the membership and just want the product. As I said before, will definitely not be at GNC ever again (only after returning my product).

  I would like to recognize James for his outstanding customer service! This particular store has always had exceptional associates but he by far exceeded my expectations.

  This place is already looking for help.. But the guy working this morning is to busy flirting with a customer to even acknowledge the fact that I'm in the store.. I already know what I was.. But instead he's to busy entertaining the female twirling around making small take.. He could have at least said hi welcome I will be right with you or something.. Just going to a different location.
