- BBBeeAug 5, 20251.0Sunday I by and it hadn't opened yet around 11am. Stopped by yesterday at 5:10pm and no one was there and a sign on the door that they would be back. Waited till 5:30pmand no one came. Today stopped by at 6:15pm and no one was there, no sign and lights off. When I have been there and staff was there they are awesome but sure if something is up or the location is closing.
- MNManal NaimDec 3, 20191.0I felt as though I was pressured to purchase certain items and even when I asked about different and more affordable options, I was brushed off. I understand that you have to make your sales but I definitely will not be back and would rather go somewhere else where I can feel heard and have my needs met. Even after purchasing an item, I was told that I was going to be a PRO member today, without even asking for approval. I asked what are the requirements to become a pro member and he mentioned that there was no requirement and that I would be getting a box of samples worth $100. As I was checking-out, my total was absurd and I questioned why and he mentioned that it was the PRO membership. I told him I was not interested and he tried to convince me again. I mentioned I do not want the membership and just want the product. As I said before, will definitely not be at GNC ever again (only after returning my product).
