The first time was for my check up and the second time was a follow up. Both times I was greeted my friendly front desk that were approachable, kind and genuine. When going to my room to be seen, I met Dr. Jones for the first time. She was friendly, kind, a great listener but most importantly knowledgeable. As someone who is very self aware and ask a lot of questions, Dr.Jones was patient, took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. She made me feel seen and heard. She does a thorough examination, I love that she actively takes notes throughout the exam, and just overall engaging. She had a way of building trust quickly, and created a space that encouraged my comfortability. I also love that her personality shines through, and she felt like a human. Highly recommend this doctors office for your eye health
