  I can’t recommend Jadyn’s classes enough. She brings the most amazing energy and enthusiasm. You can feel her passion and dedication through her instructing. Truly appreciate how much effort she puts into planning her classes - they are never repetitive and she almost always incorporates something new and challenging.

  Christina was fantastic! She’s very clear in her instruction and built the progressions well. This was my first class with her and she made it a point to introduce herself and check in with me before class started. I told her I’m returning from recently giving birth and she asked questions to make sure I’d be okay with the moves. She also checked on me during the class as well. I definitely recommend her and look forward to taking more classes with her in the future
