I’ve been coming to this studio for a couple of months now, so I finally feel ready to leave a thoughtful review. Instructors: The instructors here truly are great. My personal favorite is Carol — she’s so warm, personable, and actually corrects your form (which I really appreciate). Lacey is also fantastic. Honestly, I haven’t had a bad instructor; everyone is sweet and kind, though some are more attentive than others. Studio & Equipment: This is the biggest Club Pilates location I’ve ever attended, and the space is really nice. The equipment is in great condition, too. One small thing: in my previous Club Pilates studio, every reformer had its own knee mat. I miss that convenience and wish this location offered it as well so you dont have to grab it from the front. Also i used to bring a lot of frirnds to one pass pilates every and never had any issues getting help from the front desk doing so. Here i had some challenges recently when i brought my sister with me. It wasnt easy to get this booked for someone else, but front desk varies a lot at this location so it could be becsuse of the person who was there when i asked. Booking & Class Types: Booking here is tough. The classes fill up extremely fast — much more than any other studio I’ve been to. Im always on waitlist and its obnoxious. I also noticed that the early morning classes tend to offer more Suspend and Control options rather than Reformer-based classes. I personally prefer the Reformer classes, but I often end up in others simply because there are no openings. To me this is a big deal because the membership is so expensive and id like to be able to book my preferred classes before work, but rarely i am able to. I do feel the studio may be a bit overcrowded in membership, and that definitely affects the experience for those of us who want to attend consistently. Overall, I enjoy the studio, love the instructors, and some scheduling tweaks offering more reformer based in the morning would make the experience even better!

Such a welcoming place! JC helped two of us who were new to the reformer . She led the class with a nice rhythm and was very aware of each student .and offered options of intensity . I was nervous to being the retriever and so glad I tried it !
