It's been life-changing for me because it has dramatically helped me to sleep without snoring nearly as much as I used to. I would say it has reduced my snoring by 60%! The snore app also provides the stats to prove the improvement as it monitors my sleep patterns. I now find myself waking up feeling much more refreshed and energized. It is a game-changer that I would recommend to any snorer like me to get their nights back. My wife actually reminds me to wear it, as it almost guarantees a snore-free night when I do. Recently I have noticed that even when I have serious nose blockage from allergens like pollen or dust, my snoring percentage still low, from as high as 65 when I first started using it, to as low as 8, all within a few months! So it's been great. I look forward to keeping on using the snore guard, and I have nothing but praise for it.
