  Customer service is extremely important to me, as it often determines whether I decided to move forward with booking a service. I visited the website but was unable to find information regarding the consultation fee; and appointments appear to only be available Mondays and wednesday’s. I attempted to call the office multiple times to get clarification but was unable to reach anyone. Because of this, I would prefer to persuade services with an office that places a stronger emphasis on accessibility and communication wi the potential clients

  First I want to state that the staff, especially PA Crawford are excellent. I loved the caring nature they demonstrated. My low rating is 100% regarding the forced Auto Pay requirement. The policy is the sole reason I will be seeking treatment elsewhere. I find it very unprofessional and insulting.

  Tierra, the receptionist, was a GOD send. This is our first time with this group. Tierra was patient, kind, professional. She was attentive to our stated goals and assited us with options. If the doctors and PA's are as good as the receptionist, we will continue to have this extraordinarily REMARKABLE EXPERIENCE. [ we hope to meet her in person when we arrive]

  It was a very friendly atmosphere and I thought PA Matthews spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions.
