I did not go to the place I had originally purchased them from as I was unhappy with the service I had received. She cleaned my hearing aids and I returned the next day for an appt, to check my hearing. After an hour of testing it was determined that my aids were fine, a complete cleaning was given and I was shown how to clean myaids. At the end of all of this Iwas told that there was no charge. I feel a lot more knowledgeable and confident.Ican assure you that Iwill never go anywhere else, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LaurenPutira
