  I have been waiting on a prescription for days with no update or communication from the pharmacy.

  A guy called me from this pharmacy indicating that he needed a payment for my prescription, because my insurance needed prior authorization. I told him that I had already checked out and he said he didn't have it. I proceeded to tell him that it was paid for already with a zero copay. He said he did not receive the payment, which was zero, and said he needed preauthorization for me to get it. I had to record the individual because of his rudeness and yelling. He was very rude and told me to go ahead and record and was laughing. I asked to speak to someone else, and they said we are sorry we had to inform you about insurance changes, but it looks like you paid it already. This is what I was telling them, when they were being rude. I have been using this pharmacy for over a year and a half, due to my insurance, and have never had anybody to call me to check out, because I could do it online. The worst customer service ever!!!
