He ordered a pair of trial contacts to ensure I liked the prescription. After 2.5 months I got a call that they are available for pick up. I arrive at target and they could not find them. I was told they were lost in the mountain of trials ordered. a week later i called back and tried to order the trial pair and was told they would call me back. This went on for another three weeks. A representative finally confessed that they lost my chart. HOW DO YOU LOOSE A PATIENTS CHART? Here we are week FOUR and still no contacts. Not only that, I asked to speak with a manger and I was given the manager Christen Nicholas's "email" and was told she will email me to schedule a time to have a phone conversation to discuss how i will be compensated for the inconvenience. I will be filling a complaint with he NC board of Optometry.

This is a tiny office inside of the north lake Target store. They have an exterior entrance next to the target eyeglass store. You can go to target for glasses or use your prescription online.
