This was my first time going to a chiropractor and I was legitimately skeptical due to negative, concerning things I’d seen online about the risks. However, after my first session, I began a slow but sure conversion to a more positive perspective because I noticed that the physiological benefits are real! Alongside my own PT (strength training, yoga) and wellness protocols, I can say that receiving treatment from this incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff has significantly aided my recovery. Definitely recommended, if you’re injured/ in search of alternative approaches to healthcare as it relates to musculoskeletal and generalized pain.
