The day of my appointment I didn't have to wait at all. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I got fitted for contacts, and they were able to get me paired with the right set to fit my vision as I already wore glasses. Their communication is great both in person, on the phone and through email. Highly recommend them, they will get you right.
