- JMJulia MarieMar 1, 20265.0I have been to several yoga studios in the Charlotte areas and this is by far the best! Other yoga studios have felt overly competitive and cultish. It made me think you had to have this big ego to do yoga, but core power really helped empower me and make me feel safe to practice yoga without feeling as if I’m not doing enough. I especially love Montana’s classes! Mocha is very passionate and does a wonderful job and Keisha was the reason I joined. I’ve never had a class I didn’t enjoy. I always get a great workout with excellent instruction and a clean space.
